Job Overview:

Responsible for establishing and maintaining the HR system in compliance with Group headquarters' requirements and Indonesian local regulations, executing daily HR operations, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, and optimize the company's human resources management system.

Execute daily HR operations, including the timely preparation of monthly HR reports.

Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

Language: Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above preferred); fluent in English (IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 100+ preferred); native proficiency in Indonesian.

Education: Major in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Biotechnology Management, or related fields.

Core Qualities: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility, patience, and attention to detail.

Professional Competence: Excellent logical thinking, organizational diagnosis, and problem-solving skills. Interest or experience in organizational development and data analysis is a plus.

Soft Skills: High interpersonal sensitivity, keen observation and communication skills, empathetic, innovative, and a strong team player.

General Abilities: Fast learner, highly adaptable, resilient under pressure, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and complex environment with strong teamwork spirit.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days with 2 days off.
