Key Responsibilities​

  • New Product Pricing Strategy​
  • Lead end-to-end pricing for insurance tech solutions , aligning with market competition, customer budgets , and profit targets.​
  • Incorporate Indonesian regulatory costs and local market factors (currency fluctuation, payment channel fees) into pricing models.​
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to design flexible pricing structures (e.g., subscription-based, per-transaction, or modular packages) for clients like regional insurance companies and digital insurance platforms.​
  • Cost Calculation & Profitability Analysis​
  • Conduct full-lifecycle cost analysis for new products, including development (localization for Bahasa Indonesia, integration with GoPay/BCA payment gateways), server hosting (compliant with Indonesian data localization laws), and post-launch maintenance.​
  • Build financial models to track product profitability, identifying cost drivers (e.g., compliance testing for PDP Act) and optimizing resource allocation (e.g., in-house vs. outsourced development teams).​
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) for product iterations (e.g., adding AI-driven underwriting features) to support executive decision-making.​
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance​
  • Partner with technical leads (CTOs/architects) to validate cost assumptions for complex features (e.g., blockchain-based policy storage) and ensure pricing aligns with technical feasibility.​
  • Work with finance and legal teams to embed tax compliance (e.g., VAT for software services in Indonesia) and regulatory requirements into pricing and cost structures.​
  • Support sales negotiations by providing real-time financial insights (e.g., minimum viable pricing for high-priority clients) and preparing pricing proposals with clear cost justifications.
