Heading finance ,accounts liaison and legal functions for Biz operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity for management review.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to monitor margins and ensure alignment with business plans and profitability targets.
  • Oversee all statutory compliances for the business, ensuring full adherence across financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with the Operations team to track progress, identify gaps, and support operational decision-making.
  • Analyze budget variances, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective actions to keep financial performance on track.
  • Implement cost-optimization measures and lead efficiency improvement initiatives across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely preparation of monthly management & Statutory accounts.
  • Liaison with company auditor to finalize yearly statutory accounts, annual returns, IT and other allied work.
  • Entire Gamut of Treasury Function viz credit facilities,
  • Conduct and co ordinate Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
  • Analysis of Financial Information and highlight the unusual variations/ trends
  • Co-ordinate with the Internal Auditors and ensure that the audit compliance reports are submitted in timely manner
  • Keep a close eye on credit control function
  • Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
