Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects in Indonesia to introduce our solutions and generate qualified leads.
  • Send follow-up emails and nurture prospects to build interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, databases, LinkedIn, and other sources.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting-setting targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using email, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
