Job Description:

To organize and implement occupational health and safety programs by promoting employee well-being, managing health services and surveillance, conducting safety guidance and inspections, supporting compliance with applicable laws and standards (including SMK3 and ISO 45001), and maintaining related administrative activities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Qualification:

  • Min. D3 in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical field
  • Min. 1–2 years in a similar role in a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment
  • Basic understanding of SMK3/ISO 45001 and Willing to perform field inspections daily
  • Have a Certification of AK3 Umum (basic level or in progress), Basic Fire Safety, First Aid (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluent Speaking & Reporting Data in English
