About the role

We're seeking a dedicated Engineering Staff to join our growing team at PT. HULANE TECH MANUFACTURING' in East Cikarang West Java. As an Engineering Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mechanical Engineering operations and contributing to the overall success of our company. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Support engineering activities related to automotive manufacturing processes
  • Review, interpret, and analyze 2D/3D drawings for production requirements
  • Conduct technical evaluations and problem analysis to improve processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project implementation
  • Ensure compliance with product specifications and testing standards
  • Utilize measurement tools and software to support engineering tasks
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering
  • Able to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings
  • Proficient in 2D/3D software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of standard specifications and testing methods
  • Able to operate measurement tools
  • Possess a valid SIM A (driver's license)
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
