Role Description :
This is an on-site contract role as a Mandarin Speaker CX. As Mandarin agent you will be responsible for :
- Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice / Digital
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem
Qualifications :
- Indonesian that active and has a good communication in Mandarin
- Educational Background Min High School - D3/S1 all literature (Mandarin Study Graduated is preffered), GPA min 2.75
- Fast Typing Skill and Multitasking
- Proficient in Mandarin at HSK 3 level
- CSAT oriented
- Willing to work on shifting
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Willing to join immediately
