Job Description :

This is an on-site contract role as a Mandarin Speaker Agent located in Semarang. As Agent you will be responsible for :

  • Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice / Digital
  • Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem

Qualifications :

  • Indonesian that Active and has a good communication in Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Educational Background Min D3 all literature (Mandarin Study Graduated is preffered), GPA min 2.75
  • Fast Typing Skill and Multitasking
  • Proficient in Mandarin at HSK 3 level
  • CSAT oriented
  • Target oriented, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
  • Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication
  • Ready to work on shifting
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang
