Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry

Position: GA Construction Deputry Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) GA Construction Staff (English Speaker)

Placement: Pemalang

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related fields
  2. Experience in shoes manufacturing and able to speak Mandarin
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  4. Good communication, coordination and presentation skills

Job Description:

  1. Support coordination with contractors, Expatriates and Management
  2. Handle and resolve operational issues related to contractors, such as delays, quality concerns, or logistic constraints
  3. Assist with administrative tasks related to project operations (letters, reports, payment requests, etc.)
  4. Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities for site facilities
  5. Ensure the availability and functionality of company assets such as generators, and office equipment
