Responsibility

  • Create Job Planning for maintenance CME, HVAC and other building facilities.
  • Monitoring and check technician team for Maintenance work, repairs and work order are done in accordance with schedules and procedures.
  • Monitoring building tools and equipment building.
  • Monitoring and check Building Maintenance Progress running as per planning.
  • Monitoring and control material fast moving available.
  • Manage and monitoring budget for maintenance, repair, operational, electrical and water for HO and all branch.
  • Responsible for creating RAB and drawing design.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Architecture or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
  • Accustomed to making RAB and using AutoCAD or SketchUp
  • Good knowledge about CME, HVAC & Maintaining High Rise Building and Fire alarm system
  • Strong leadership, service oriented, problem solving and fast respons
