Description :

  • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain management/production base, including procurement, production planning and inventory control (PPIC), demand forecasting, and fulfillment.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes, such as implementing new technologies or streamlining workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions or capacity constraints, to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners to enhance collaboration and drive innovation within the supply chain.

  • Capable of managing the entire process from raw material purchasing → production lead time → production inventory and shipment

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in SCM Manager role or related roles, with a proven track record of success in data analysis, analytics, and project management within in F&B, FMCG or Retail Industry.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) also data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on driving tangible results.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs with in factory and Head Office.
