PT Gotama Jhaya Sejahtra is Hiring: Assistant Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in training, mentoring, and developing the team according to SOPs to meet quality standards.
  • Manage operational supervision including administrative tasks and handling customer complaints in accordance with SOPs.
  • Comply with company standards to increase sales, minimize costs, control expenses, and stay within budget limits.
  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and marketing activities.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and find the best solutions.
  • Assist in planning strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in F&B operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and operational administrative systems.
  • Honest, responsible, and customer service-oriented.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
