Role Description

This is a contract role for a Finance & Accounting Admin located on-site in Bogor. The Admin will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including managing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, handling accounting software, and preparing financial reports to be submitted to the Tax consultant for Monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the production of financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards in Indonesia regarding monthly tax and export-related taxes.
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
• Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes, ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
• Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data.
• Manage and oversee internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
• Analytical Skills
• Finance and Accounting Software expertise of accurate and other software
• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Note: The position is a junior position with the main role being financial entry bookkeeping (financial Software Accurate) and tax reporting.
