Job Description :

  • Handling brand awareness, product branding & developing promotion strategy
  • Formulating the brand strategy through the examination of economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future customer needs, and ongoing monitoring
  • Maintaining customer relations through the organization and developing specific customer relations programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for determining the company's presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
  • Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by overseeing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  • Exploring new applications for existing products through the analysis of statistics related to market development

Requirement :

  • Graduated from Bachelor degree any major from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having experience as Brand Executive (preferable from FMCG Company)
  • Experience with handling product launch, brand management, and P&L would be an added value
  • Excellent in English (Speaking and Writing)
  • Computer literacy: word, excel, power point
  • Good communication & negotiation skill, creative, analytical, well organized and has strong personality
