We're now looking for a
People & Talent Recruiter Partner,
someone who is passionate about people, process, and potential. In this role, you'll help us build a high-performing, motivated team that grows with the company.

What You'll Do

  • Design role-specific hiring tests that measure skill, logic, and mindset.
  • Continuously improve recruitment funnels and candidate experience.
  • Use and optimize modern HR tools (Calendly, TestGorilla, performance tracking systems).
  • Analyze hiring data and metrics to improve speed, quality, and retention.
  • Build employee engagement and learning programs that drive motivation and performance.
  • Research and design compensation & benefit frameworks aligned with fairness and growth.
  • Apply psychological and analytical thinking to identify real potential, not just résumés.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, people operations, or HR, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using AI, HR, scheduling, and data tools.
  • Strong understanding of hiring stages, data tracking, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of human psychology and behavioral assessment.
  • Presentable, confident, and articulate communicator.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fast, organized, and proactive.
