We're Hiring: Plant Operations & Engineering PMO

If you're someone who enjoys coordinating projects, solving operational challenges, and working closely with multiple teams, this role may be a great fit for you.

Our plant manufactures scientific/medical equipment for global markets, and we are looking for someone who can help the Plant Manager keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You will start by supporting project coordination, and as you grow, you will take on leadership responsibilities in operations and engineering initiatives.

What You Will Do


• Coordinate project timelines across Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.


• Support preventive maintenance and facility activity planning — not as admin work, but as operational coordination.


• Assist in machine upgrade projects, data collection, vendor coordination, and simple ROI preparation.


• Prepare and maintain project dashboards and KPI summaries.


• Support plant-level improvement initiatives such as layout changes, cost-reduction projects, and process upgrades.


•Participate in group collaboration projects across Esco entities and help track shared milestones.

Who We're Looking For


• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics).


• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations.


• Strong organizational habits and consistent follow-through.


• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.


• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and naturally curious about how things work.
