Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengelola dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan operasional pabrik (produksi, maintenance, QC, logistik, K3, HR & security).
  • Menyusun rencana produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Mengontrol capaian output produksi sesuai target, efisiensi biaya, dan tingkat reject.
  • Mengembangkan sistem kerja yang efektif, efisien, dan sesuai standar GMP / ISO / 5R (jika berlaku).
  • Membina, menilai kinerja, dan mengembangkan kompetensi seluruh staf pabrik.
  • Memastikan penerapan K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja) dan personal hygiene.
  • Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko dan melakukan tindakan pencegahan & perbaikan.
  • Melaporkan hasil operasional kepada jajaran manajemen secara berkala.
  • Menjalin hubungan kerja dengan internal & eksternal (supplier, audit, pemerintah, dll).
  • Memimpin dan memastikan semua proses berjalan sesuai dengan standar ISO, K3, 5R, GMP.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Teknik Industri / Teknologi Pangan / Mesin / Manajemen / bidang relevan).
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Kepala Pabrik / Production Manager / Plant Manager.
  • Memahami manajemen produksi, KPI, budgeting, & kontrol inventory. Familiar dengan SOP pabrik, K3, GMP, HACCP, ISO, atau standar industri terkait.
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi yang kuat, dan kemampuan problem solving.
  • Siap bekerja dengan target ketat & ritme operasional tinggi.
  • Domisili Brebes / bersedia relokasi diutamakan
