Job Description

The Event Consultant will be responsible for supporting and overseeing event programs and cost structures to align with the established concept and budget. They will coordinate with third-party vendors, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Graduates (D4/S1) from MICE or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Management.
  • Proficient in and familiar with software / applications such as Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite (Pancoran, South Jakarta) for 6 Months.
