Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Associate based in Surabaya, with part of the work conducted on-site and some remotely. The Account Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, analyzing customer data to improve performance, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and craft tailored solutions based on insights.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
