As Supervisor Operational Mall, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy shopping mall managed by PT MBH Management in Bekasi, West Java. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the mall, from maintenance and security to customer service and tenant relations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of teams responsible for maintenance, cleaning, security, and other operational functions
  2. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the mall, identifying areas for improvement
  3. Liaising with tenants to address any concerns or issues they may have
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to shoppers and visitors
  7. Collaborating with the management team to implement strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar operational role within the retail or property management industry. Preferably from mall or apartment industry.
  2. Strong background in Electrical and Building Maintenance Engineering
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  5. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  6. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
