Qualification

l  Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a related field

l  At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning services as a leader

l  Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment

l  Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

l  Physically fit and detail-oriented

l  Positive attitude and strong work ethic

l  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Job Description

l  Supervise daily cleaning operations and vendor performance

l  Fill in lookbook and daily shift reports

l  Conduct cleanliness checklists with vendor supervisors

l  Monitor and inventory housekeeping tools, equipment, and supplies

l  Report stock shortages and request replacements

l  Create work orders (CRM) for damage reports to Engineering Dept

l  Attend coordination meetings with vendors

l  Communicate operational issues and area conditions to supervisors

l  Support the smooth running of mall cleanliness and hygiene standards
