Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily production operations at our facility in Bekasi. The ideal candidate will ensure that production goals are achieved efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and team performance.

Location: Bekasi, Indonesia

What you will do:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of production schedules to meet output targets in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop production team members to achieve departmental objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (experience in assembly operations is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing company is a plus.
  • Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative, diligence, assertiveness, discipline, and responsibility in day-to-day work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
