Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Bekasi. The Production Supervisor will oversee production planning, manage daily operational workflows, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the production process, training team members, improving process efficiency, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience with Quality Control processes and systems
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs for team members
• Strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage
