SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As the Warehouse Supervisor at PT Jotun Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center Bekasi. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse activities, from inventory control to logistics and distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.

  • Lead warehouse personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.

  • Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun's current and future needs

  • Organizing & handling of all incoming orders and and daily distribution activities.

  • Lead all operations within the warehouse, e.g., receiving RMs and packaging, and controlling Certificate of Analysis, safe storage, counting, and distribution

  • Handle non-conform goods and monitor transport delivery performance

What We Look For

  • University background with minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management, supply chain processes and HSEQ regulation

  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis, ERP & Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
