Description :

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory
  • Maintain and register product code on accounting system
  • Monitor slow-moving, expired, and damaged stock, proposing to minimize losses
  • Collaborate with finance team on accounting for inventory provisions (e.g., Write-offs, adjustment
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliations between physical stock and system records
  • Prepare and report for stock opname process
  • Oversee the accuracy of inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers and adjustment)
  • Prepare monthly inventory valuation reports for financial closing
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist in stock audit and provide supporting documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with tax and finance team to ensure correct tax treatment of inventory transactions
  • Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
  • Prepare GRN Documentation following the receiving product on warehouse and prepare for payment as

invoice from vendor

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or product costing (experience in a manufacturing or trading company is an advantage)

  • Preferably holds relevant certifications such as

  • CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)

  • CIME (Certified Inventory Management Expert)

  • CCMP (CeritifiedCostManagement Professional)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English communication skills
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude
  • High responsibility and enthusiastic to finish the jobs
  • Details oriented, eager person, willing to learn and traveling
