Job Description

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and manage the plant's annual budget in alignment with
    warehouse goals
    and objectives.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare accurate financial forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Cost Control and Optimization:

  • Monitor and control
    warehouse
    costs, including direct labor, overhead, and material expenses.
  • Collaborate with
    warehouse,
    and
    procurement
    teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage.
  • Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking of costs.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, company policies, and GAAP standards.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and address any audit-related issues.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure proper valuation and accurate tracking.
  • Work with the
    warehouse
    team to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • This role is primarily located at our main warehouse in Cikarang, with business travel required to logistics HUBs located in various cities throughout Indonesia.
  • Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Costing Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role in a
    Warehouse environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
