What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform the company's sales strategy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the 5 star hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and lead a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of the Bali investment market and current industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or finance
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
