1. Technical Skills

General Accounting & Reporting

  • Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Able to prepare consolidated financial statements (including outlet-level reporting).
  • Experienced in monthly & yearly closing, audits, and tax reporting (PPh, PPN, SPT).

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Ensures accurate and timely recording and collection of receivables, including from delivery platform partners (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, etc.).
  • Able to prepare AR aging reports and analyze potential doubtful accounts.
  • Coordinates with the operations and cashier teams to validate daily revenue and collections.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Manages vendor and supplier payments efficiently and on schedule.
  • Ensures proper execution of the 3-way matching process (PO, invoice, delivery note).
  • Monitors due payables and optimizes early payment discounts.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Responsible for daily and weekly cash flow management, including cash positioning for outlet operations.
  • Controls petty cash for both outlets and head office.
  • Manages banking relationships, including credit facilities (if applicable).
  • Prepares short- and medium-term cash flow projections.

Systems & Tools

  • Familiar with ERP and POS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in integrating POS systems with accounting software is a plus.

2. Managerial & Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead the Finance & Accounting team.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly analytical.
  • Able to work under pressure, especially during monthly closing and audit periods.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments (Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse).
  • Upholds high integrity and ensures confidentiality of financial information.
