Responsibilities

  • Prepare and create high-quality pastries, desserts, and chocolate-based products according to Läderach standards
  • Develop new menu items and seasonal creations in collaboration with the GM Brand
  • Ensure all products are presented beautifully and consistently in line with brand guidelines
  • Oversee daily production planning, inventory control, and ingredient ordering
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor quality of raw materials and finished goods
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recipes, efficiency, and cost control

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef (luxury / premium brand experience is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, chocolate production, and food safety practices
  • Creativity and passion for product innovation and premium presentation
  • Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and consistency
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Available to work on a shift basis and flexible with working hours
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
