Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end execution of the MT Program, including selection, onboarding, rotations, training, and evaluations.
  • Compile MT performance data and prepare concise progress reports.
  • Coordinate end-to-end employer branding & campus hiring: identify target universities, build partnerships, prepare materials, and manage event logistics.
  • Handle talent assessment administration, including scheduling, documentation, and result archiving.
  • Maintain databases, trackers, and program documentation to ensure smooth TA&D operations.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan S1 dengan jurusan Psikologi atau Manajemen
  • Prefer Fresh Graduates
  • Technical skills: Recruitment & Selection, Headhunting (approaching candidates), Training, Employer Branding
  • Soft skills: Agile, Result Oriented & Collaborative
