Senior Tax Accountant Associate

We're looking for a
Senior Tax Accountant
to join our Finance team, to manage the Company's tax compliance framework by ensuring all tax processes, reporting, and documentation adhere to Indonesian Taxation Laws. This role will oversee the accuracy of tax treatments across business transactions, manage communication with tax authorities, support Transfer Pricing Documentation, and coordinate with external advisors for overseas tax matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee end-to-end tax compliance and ensure timely, accurate submission of all monthly and annual tax obligations.
• Manage tax risk by conducting periodic tax diagnostics and recommending improvements.
• Maintain strong communication with the Tax Office Account Representative for queries, clarifications, and ongoing compliance needs.
• Act as the Company's primary PIC during Tax Audits in collaboration with external tax consultant, ensuring proper data preparation and strategic responses.
• Lead and support the data preparation and review of Transfer Pricing Documentation with tax consultant
• Coordinate with external advisors or consultants to ensure proper tax reporting and compliance for overseas jurisdictions.
• Initiate improvements to tax processes, internal controls, and compliance workflows.

Who We Are Looking For

• A bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax is a must
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance, tax audit handling, or tax advisory
• Good command of English (written and verbal), experience on working with cross-region team is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations
• Experience preparing or reviewing Transfer Pricing Documentation is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to create a collaborative environment
