Job Descriptions :

  • Supervise and lead a team of accounts staffs in accounts operations
  • Month-end closing, prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Prepare and review inventory valuation based on standard costing
  • Submission of full set financial report to the Holding company and inter-company confirmations and settlement
  • Lead and supervise the ongoing system implementation (Accounting module)
  • Supervise the timekeeping, monthly payrolls and payroll system
  • Review and improve the SOP, accounting policies and internal controls of the accounts department
  • Ensure on time tax submissions, and handle enquiries from local tax authority
  • Year-end tax and financial audits

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a degree in accounting
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the supervisory role of accounts department.
  • Experience in analysing and presenting full set financial reports and tax reporting
  • Knowledge of Indonesia tax regulation and compliance
  • Diligent, responsible and trustworthy
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Strong intrapersonal skills, and working as a team
