Job Scope:

  • Manage the daily financial and accounting transactions like cash management, receivables, payables, banking, record transactions and inventory
  • Implement financial systems to monitor all the cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, financial record-keeping and accounting information consolidation
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensure accuracy in financial statements, prepare and present financial reports to senior Finance Manager
  • Manage financial reporting, including analyzing financial data and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting, including developing cash flow projections and monitoring daily cash balances.
  • Preparation and submission of tax filings and documents
  • Liaise with other departments to obtain, verify and process relevant information for accounting and stock records

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic Accountancy or Taxation from reputable university
  • Minimum of 7 Years of working experience in related position
  • Proven experience in financial management, financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis; Good knowledge in accounting, comprehension in taxation laws, as well as its application
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance; Proficiency in financial software and tools; Computer Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external parties; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, honest, good working attitude, able to work independently as well as in a team
