Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law , Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in HR roles across HR functions, with 5+ years in a managerial or HRBP position.
  • Experience in agriculture or plantation industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in working with HRIS.
  • Strong Acumen in Data Analytic using spreadsheets.
  • Fluent in speaking English on business level proficiency.
