Job Description

  • Manage All HR Controlled Activities At Logistics Group
  • Manage Compliance, Formality, Union Relations, And People Relations In SEA
  • Collaboration With Stakeholders To Know First Hands Pain And Provide Support
  • Collaboration With Stakeholders To Have High Acceptance Of HR Agenda And Cycles
  • Provide Statistics Of The Work Scope To Share Information To Stakeholders
  • Provide Analysis Of Focused Topics And Lead Improvement
  • Complying With All Health, Safety And Environmental (HSE) Rules
  • Participating In Continuous Improvement And Safety Initiatives
  • Performing Other Duties As Assigned
  • Complying Self With Policies, Procedures, Code Of Ethics

Requirement

  • Higher education degree in law
  • HR manager or HRBP position in international manufacturing company minimum 5 years with minimum 300 headcounts
  • Being champion in past cases of industrial relations
