About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Havanna Family Reflexology. This is a full-time, managerial level position based in Surabaya, East Java. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Planning & arranging strategic marketing plan according to predefined strategies.
  2. Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.
  3. Planning & monitoring digital activities, promotions, and campaigns.
  4. Engage with customers, partners, and influencers fostering positive relationships and driving brand advocacy.
  5. Coordinate with external partners, such as brands, to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  6. Monitoring promotional activities and events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution, to support marketing objectives.
  7. Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations, finance, purchasing, store leader, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  8. Managing & arranging strategic plan for retention program & membership loyalty
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on the status and performance of marketing initiatives, (including Budget Utilization, Timeline, CTR, CAC, mROI, Retention Rate, and NPS)

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  2. Preferably to have experience in Hospitality/Service Industry or related fields.
  3. Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, advertising, events, or related roles.
  4. Excellent leader & manager
  5. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in Indonesian and English).
  6. Attention to detail, excellent problem solver, strong analytical, and organizational skill.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  9. Available to join immediately
