About the role

Join our growing team at Vistafor ltd' as an Interpreter (Mandarin to Indonesia/English) based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality interpretation services, ensuring seamless communication between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English speakers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Interpret spoken and written communications accurately and effectively between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English
  2. Facilitate meetings, conferences, and other events by providing real-time interpretation services
  3. Translate documents, reports, and other materials from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa
  4. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent terminology and quality of interpretation
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and best practices in interpretation.

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English (Optional), both spoken (mandatory) and written (optional)
  2. Proven experience as an interpreter, preferably in a professional or corporate setting
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
  6. Certification or training in interpretation and translation is a plus
