Responsibilities:

  • Make sure close all Engineering Work Order (EWO) release to NOC Provisioning.
  • Execution and implementation Engineering Work Order (EWO) until Berita Acara Aktivasi (BAA) closing.
  • Identify and follow up potential problems in internal and external networks.
  • Support Project ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) / MOP (Method Of Procedure) / POC (Proof Of Concept) / Reeng.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in networking, support or telecommunication background
  • Familiar using NMS application, Understanding Secure CRT, Winbox Mikrotik, WPS, MRTG, Libre, NMS and other related software.
  • Have skill to supervise team, Networking, monitoring system, troubleshooting.
