Role Description

This is a remote role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The CEO Content Manager & Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's personal social media content management schedule, content planning, content editing and content metrics measurement. Additionally, you will collaborate with key teams to ensure alignment between corporate's content planning. The role requires agility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge on latest social media trends
  • Proficiency in utilizing video or picture editing applications
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • No degree is required, preferably, someone who had hands on experiences with social media content management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling whatsapp number specifically for PA related questions and proposals.
  • Creation of brand proposals & collabs: Draft customized proposals for partnerships (e.g., barter deals with sustainable brands/SMEs); handle TikTok outreach/DMs to pitch collabs (upcycling workshops, book swaps); negotiate and track agreements.
  • Handling reminders and follow-ups: Send timely notifications for uploads, deadlines, and tasks; track progress on key projects like online courses or community events.
  • Content planning: Develop monthly/weekly calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn. First four months, focus more on Instagram.
  • Content creation & execution: Create or edit posts (graphics, reels, stories) using Canva/CapCut; source user-generated content from community; ensure eco-friendly, engaging tone.
  • Reporting: Monthly summaries of performance, trends, and recommendations (e.g., "Upcycling reel boosted followers by 15%").
