Job Responsibilities:

  1. CEO Assistant

    • Assist the CEO with daily tasks, including schedule management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and communication.

    • Coordinate internally across departments to ensure effective execution of CEO directives.

    • Participate in business discussions, prepare meeting materials, and support basic data analysis.

    • Manage external communication, including partnership arrangements and business meetings.

  2. Brand Client Development & Management

    • Develop new brand clients from China and local markets, proactively identifying collaboration opportunities.

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with brand clients, understand their needs, and provide strategic solutions.

    • Coordinate with MCNs, creators, and e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) to drive marketing collaborations.

    • Track project progress, review performance outcomes, and enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Candidate with excellent Mandarin communication skills.

• Proficiency in Indonesian or English is a strong advantage.

• Experience in live commerce, MCN, brand marketing, or client management is preferred.

• Strong logic, execution ability, and capable of independently driving projects forward.

• Positive attitude, able to work under pressure, responsible, and results-oriented.

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a willingness to grow with the company.
