  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 4 - 5 years in a Junior Lead Quality Control from similar industry

  • Strong background in food product quality control.
  • Knowledge of testing standards, sensory evaluation, and non-conformance management.
  • Experience with quality reporting dashboards and statistical process control.
  • Strong leadership and coordination.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Conflict resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Time and resource management.
