About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia as a CDP /Leader Japanese Restaurant, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team. This is a full-time position based in our bustling city centre location.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and flavour
  • Managing and training a team of talented chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Overseeing food cost controls and inventory management
  • Collaborating with the management team to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience as a CDP or Kichen Supervisor in a high-quality Japanese Cuisine
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a kitchen team
  • Exceptional culinary skills and in-depth knowledge of Japanese Cuisine
  • Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
