WE'RE HIRING — CDP (Chef de Partie)

3 TIMES Bakery & Kitchen – Pantai Indah Kapuk

We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive CDP to join our kitchen team. If you're passionate about quality, consistency, and running an efficient production flow, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities


• Prepare and execute bakery items according to SOP


• Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation for all products


• Lead and supervise prep team within your assigned section


• Support basic COGS control through proper portioning, waste monitoring, and ingredient usage


• Conduct routine stock opname and ensure accurate inventory records


• Collaborate with back-office team for daily reporting, data input, and documentation


• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and overall kitchen efficiency

Requirements


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as CDP / Senior Cook


• Experience in bakery production


• Experience in Bolu & Cake is preferred


• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping habits


• Able to work efficiently, cleanly, and as part of a team


• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
