Role Description

We seek an Affiliator Specialist to develop and scale our affiliate marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities include recruiting quality affiliates, activating productive partnerships, optimizing performance, and enhancing revenue for clients and internal campaigns.

This role requires expertise in creator management and performance marketing, not just administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop recruitment strategies and onboard affiliates.
  • Manage the onboarding process and maintain an affiliate database.

Activation & Productivity

  • Ensure affiliates produce effective content and provide weekly campaign guidance.
  • Run activation programs and manage daily communications.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor affiliate and content performance, analyze metrics, and generate performance reports.
  • Identify top and underperforming affiliates for scaling or coaching.

Scaling & Retention

  • Develop programs for top affiliates and create retention strategies.
  • Implement loyalty systems to maintain performance.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams and translate client goals into affiliate programs.
  • Support performance reviews and optimization planning.

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years in affiliate/influencer marketing
  2. Experience with TikTok, Shopee, or Tokopedia Affiliates
  3. Understanding of the affiliate funnel: recruitment, activation, scaling, retention
  4. Data-driven mindset (GMV, CVR, AOV, CTR, ROAS, active affiliate rate)
  5. Excellent communication and relationship skills
  6. Organized, able to manage multiple creators
  7. Capable of meeting targets and KPIs

Nice to Have

  • Existing network or database of affiliates/creators.
  • Experience scaling affiliate programs to hundreds of active affiliates.
  • Background in agency, MCN, e-commerce enabler, or DTC brands.
  • Ability to evaluate content quality and conversion potential.
