Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Banten, Indonesia. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across assigned spaces. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, laundering linens and clothes, ensuring all household supplies are stocked, and assisting with general upkeep. The role requires a high level of attention to detail while maintaining professional and courteous communication with residents or guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in laundry services and maintaining cleanliness and order
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with residents, guests, or team members effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure efficient house maintenance
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training for improving housekeeping techniques
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety standards in a professional setting
