Make a work plan for the implementation of cleanliness, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
- Inspect all areas within the building and surrounding areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, and comfort.
- Controlling the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervising their use according to predetermined standard procedures.
- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of Housekeeping subcontractors.
- Make regular reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Housekeeping Coordinator.
- Experienced in leading a team of sub-contractors.
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
- Have the ability to prioritize work.
- Willing to be placed in BSD Area, South Tangerang.
