Jobdesk :

  1. Bertanggung jawab penuh atas keseluruhan pelaksanaan proyek di lapangan, memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu, mengatur anggaran dan memenuhi standar kualitas tinggi (time, cost, quality).
  2. Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi konstruksi dan rencana kerja induk (master schedule) termasuk tahapan kritis dan metode pelaksana khusus untuk gedung bertingkat tinggi.
  3. Bertindak sebagai pengambil keputusan teknik tertinggi di lapangan untuk menyelesaikan masalah atau clash yang kompleks antar disiplin (CSA dan MEP).
  4. Melakukan pemantauan waktu, pelaksanaan proyek dan menjaga agar proyek selesai tepat waktu.
  5. Mengelola masalah saat terjadi perubahan desain atau masalah lainnya yang mungkin muncul selama proses konstruksi.

Persyaratan :

  • Minimal pendidikan S1 Teknik (Engineering).
  • Memiliki pengalaman 3 tahun di high rise building.
  • Memahami dan pernah menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai construction manager.
  • Fulltime dan bersedia ditempatkan di Batam, Riau.
