We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our Finance & Strategy team as a Management Associate ( Strategic Finance Specialist). In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial health and strategic growth. You will be responsible for crafting financial models, formulating and implementing strategies, overseeing various operational aspects, and ensuring smooth functioning to achieve organizational goals. You will also act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and other departments, providing critical information and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling & Strategy: Forecast finances, collaborate on business growth plans, and analyze market trends.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track project progress, measure performance, and communicate results clearly.
  • Operational Management & Support: Oversee finances & KPIs, coordinate with other departments, and plan/execute events.
  • Board of Directors Liaison: Serve as a bilingual point of contact, prepare materials, and attend Board meetings.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Manage legal & contractual matters, handle employee performance reporting, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in developing and managing financial models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with legal contracts and performance management is a plus
