Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan Banten, for a Food & Beverage Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing the sales operations for food and beverage services, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. It also includes setting sales targets, collaborating with other teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. The Food & Beverage Sales Manager acts as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met with excellent service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, products, and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in strategic planning and team collaboration for marketing and promotional activities
- Previous experience in managing customer accounts and preparing sales forecasts and reports
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant sales and reporting software is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
