Sales Support 

Location: BSD, Tangerang
Work Arrangement: Based on Office Regulations
Contract Type: 1 year Contract via Third Party

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support professional to join our commercial team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing data, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Maintain and update product/customer master data, stock levels, and performance metrics using SAP, IBP, and SharePoint.
  • Distributor System Handling: Familiarity with Accurate system and promotion & claim processes.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare materials for demand and operations meetings, create incentive letters, and handle ad-hoc requests.
  • Reporting: Update regional scorecards, monitor finished goods stock, and track high stock levels at distributors and Upfield.
  • System Updates: Manage routine updates such as OMR summaries, distributor stock, and regional forecasts via email and internal platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with eCommerce, Supply Chain, and other departments to align data and forecasts with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Sales or Marketing administrative role within the FMCG industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP; experience with IBP and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Data Management: Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis); Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
